BUILD OPTIONS

We are a general contractor specializing in the design and construction of various building types, including residential, commercial, and other building projects.

For residential projects, we offer two build options: High End and Mid End, tailored to different budgets, material selections, and quality specifications.

Please note that all estimates presented are preliminary and subject to change. The actual construction cost will depend on the finalized design drawings, specifications, materials, and construction details.

Throughout the design process, we continuously refine our estimates and work closely with you to align the design with your target budget. With our expertise in construction methods, materials, and specifications, we help you achieve the right balance of design, quality, and cost efficiency.

option 1: HIGH-END

Our High-End option typically ranges from PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000 per sqm, depending on the final design and specifications developed during the design phase. This range may include:

Ceilings: Painted fiber cement boards; PVC ceiling panels where desired; cove ceiling; cornices; shadow gaps
Flooring: SPC flooring; high end porcelain tiles from established brands
Walls: Stucco finishes from established brands; WPC fluted panels; PU stones; Pre-mixed Boysen paint
Roofing: Concealed stainless steel gutters; asphalt shingles if desired
Glazing: Full glass railings at balconies and staircases

Final specifications and pricing will depend on the approved design. Please note that this estimate covers the building construction only. Site development works such as fences, gates, carports, landscaping, and other outdoor areas are excluded and will be priced separately based on the project's scope and design.

option 2: MID-END

Our Mid-End option typically ranges from PHP 30,000 to PHP 40,000 per sqm, depending on the final design, specifications, and materials developed during the design phase. This range may include:

Ceilings: Painted gypsum boards; PVC ceiling panels, where desired; flat ceilings (without cove)
Flooring: Mid-range porcelain tiles; polished concrete finishes
Walls: Pre-mixed Boysen paint; paint that simulates stucco, where desired
Roofing: Exposed stainless steel gutters if desired; GI gutters; long span GI roofing
Glazing: A combination of glass and metal railings
